Billy Hymas spent most of his life in Kentucky. In early 2019 Billy and his family moved to South Carolina. Since living in SC Billy has fallen in love with Carolina Gold BBQ sauce. As Administrator Billy oversees the day to day operations of the facility, ensuring Edisto Post-Acute is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
Ebonee Blanding, RN
Director of Nursing
Ebonee has been an RN since 2007. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Lander University. She later obtained a dual Master’s degree in Health Administration and Nursing from University Phoenix in 2011. She has been a part of Edisto Post-Acute since 2015 and has been the Director of Nursing since 2017.
Christy Zeigler, LPN
Assistant Director of Nursing
Christy has been with Edisto Post-Acute since graduating as a licensed practical nurse from Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College in 2011. She worked as a floor nurse from 2011-2015, unit manager from 2015-2019, and assistant director of nursing since 2019.
Carol Jackson, RN
Staff Development Coordinator
Carol has been a Nurse for 17 years. She graduated from Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College as a Licensed Practical Nurse then later graduating from Midlands Technical College as a Registered Nurse. She joined the team at Edisto Post Acute in 2009 as a wound nurse making her way up to a Staff Development Coordinator. In her current role, she provides education to the staff to ensure that they are providing care to the residents according to State guidelines.
Sabrina Hobby, LPN

Sabrina graduated from Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College as a licensed practical nurse. She has 18 years’ experience in healthcare. She joined Edisto Post Acute in 2007 and has been acting as a nurse manager for the last 9 years. The most important thing to Sabrina is that our residents are happy and well taken care of.
Director of Rehab
Sarah Burgsteiner was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She graduated Trident Technical College in 2009 with Associates in Human Services and in 2011 she graduated Trident Technical College in 2011 with Associates in Applied Sciences in Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has been a COTA/L- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant x9 years. She has experience in Outpatient Hand Clinic, Skilled Nursing, and some Home Health. She has been with Edisto Post Acute for 9 years, she began as COTA/L and moved up to DOR x2 years ago. As a COTA/L her goal is to get our residents back to prior level of function for max independence.
Annette Martin, LPN
Annette is our wound nurse here at Edisto Post Acute, she has been a nurse for 39 years. She started her career in Labor & Delivery then later went to Geriatrics in 1984. She was a Director of Nursing at 3 different facilities and an Administrator for an Assisted Living Facility for 9 years. She loves working for EPA and loves the residents like they are family!
Jen Ocain has been in Long Term care for over 20 years. Her passion is for the geriatric population and has advanced her career throughout the years to being promoted to Unit Manager at Edisto Post Acute. Jen enjoys impacting nursing from a distance by ensuring the Units are within compliance with CMS and DHEC regulations.
Amanda Timmons, RN, BSN
Amanda began working with Edisto PA in May 2020. She is a registered nurse with 30 years of experience and has worked in various roles in healthcare. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina. She acts as a liaison between the facility and referral source, and verifies insurance and obtains authorization. She works with residents and their families so they are provided a seamless transition along the way. She also works to create and nurture relationships within the surrounding community through marketing and special events.
Amber has worked in healthcare for 6 years in various roles. She is currently the Admission Director at Edisto Post-Acute. She assists the Marketing Director in developing census, assisting with insurance approvals and providing external and internal support throughout the admissions process. She helps to ensure new residents and their families have a smooth transition into the facility from the hospital or the community.

Business Office/Accounts Payable
Keisha has been our Business Office Manager since January 2020. She joins our team with 17 years of experience in healthcare with the last eight years being in a skilled nursing facility. She oversees all of the billing, accounts receivable and collections.
Meagan has been over our Human Resource department since June of 2020. She has 20 years of customer service experience and 10 years of financial experience. She is responsible for background checks and onboarding documents for new staff and increasing their satisfaction with Edisto Post-Acute.
Mary Jo Wotring, RN, BSN
Mary Jo Wotring BSN RN with 36 years of healthcare experience including the last 22 years practicing as a BSN RN in critical care, acute rehab, business development, and long-term care. I’m currently practicing my clinical assessment expertise in the MDS Coordinator role at Edisto Post Acute where I enjoy advocating for our residents and our company. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, boating, golfing, and walking my dog.
Jhiquita Davis, RN
Jhiquita has been working at Edisto Post Acute since January 2020. She is a registered nurse with 7 years of experience. She has worked as a unit manager, discharge liaison, rehab nurse and Physician Assistant. She has worked in MDS for 4 years conducting federally mandated assessments of the patients.
Ebony Inabinette, BSW
Social Service Director
Ebony Inabinette graduated locally from South Carolina State University Bachelor of Social Work program. Ebony dedicated her first 6 years of practice to focus on improving care and quality of life in the geriatric community. Ebony’s focal point is to help alleviate the daily challenges the elderly face, encouraging their independence and recognizing caregiver strain. While being a catalyst for change is a lifestyle, to relax she enjoys singing, being a mother and a loving wife. Even if you have not decided to become a part of the Edisto Post-Acute family, feel free to call Ebony’s office anytime. She is always willing and ready to serve the community.
Tarneaka “Niki” Ross joined Edisto Post Acute in 2005. She became her career as Certified Nursing Assistant, in 2006 she became a Rehab Tech, in 2018 worked as the Restorative Aide and currently is one of this companies proudest Social Service Assistants. She is a graduate of Claflin University where she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. She currently lives in Bowman, SC with her husband of 14 years, 3 sons and a daughter. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. When she is not keeping busy with her family you can find her somewhere eating out and at a nail salon.
Sonia Barber, MNutr, BSAG
Sonia joined the Edisto Post Acute team in April 2020, as the Certified Dietary Manager. She matriculates from South Carolina State University (SCSU) and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness with a minor in Economics and a Masters of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences. Sonia joined the team with 33 years of expertise in Foodservice Management, 10 in Fast Food, and 23 in Healthcare Foodservice. At her Alma Matter SCSU, she has been teaching Food and Nutrition courses for 11 years. She enjoys Instructing or Proctoring Serv Safe classes. She has dedicated her career to the geriatric community. She believes in providing good quality food and nutritional services to her residents and coworkers. In her spare time, you can find her in the kitchen working or baking and creating at work or home.
Toddrecus T. Guinyard a native of Orangeburg, SC began to pursue his career in Culinary Arts. The Orangeburg Country Club is where his interest began, when he started working at 16. Todd began to further and cultivate his expertise while serving the many professional and elite professional clientele, throughout the Southeast region. Throughout his career he has earned many certifications, achievements, and awards. Later he returned to his native hometown Orangeburg, employed by Health Care Services Group as the Dietary Manager of the Edisto Post-Acute team. Todd as he is affectionately known, enjoys working with others and is very involved in the community and his church as a volunteer and mentor whenever needed. His plans are to continue his education and training to become a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM). This is an accomplishment he would like to add to his amazing forever learning career. On his spare time Todd enjoys, drawing, painting, ice carving, cooking and family time.

Roger grew up in West Columbia, SC. He has an Associated degree from Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College in Industrial Maintenance Technology and has a Basic Electrician Certification. He has been with Edisto Post-Acute since 2018. He is the person responsible for overseeing the facility maintenance department. He oversees all repairs to the facility and equipment as well as life safety compliance. He ensures the facility has a safe environment for residents, visitors and staff members.
Robert is head over the housekeeping and laundry department. He ensures the facility is in tip top shape at all times. He monitors his employees making sure they are working within the proper codes with infection control. He collaborates with the housekeeping staff to make sure all items stay cleaned as well as making sure all residents rooms are clean and tidy upon admission.
