Hospice Care

We are proud to provide hospice care at Edisto Post Acute to residents and their families in need of this service. This care allows the resident an opportunity to stay in a comfortable and familiar place while receiving end-of-life care. Each resident will be evaluated individually so that we can provide the most comfortable and appropriate care plan to suit their needs.
