Dear , Edisto post acute I am writing to share my recent experience as a patient at your facility, with the intent of providing constructive feedback to help improve the quality of care. It has come to my attention that several areas require immediate attention: 1. Cleanliness: The facility often has an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness seems to be lacking. A clean environment is crucial for patient wellbeing. 2. Staff Qualifications: I noticed that some of the nursing staff may lack the necessary education and experience to provide quality care. Adequate training and support are vital to ensure patients receive proper treatment. 3. Patient Interaction: There seems to be a gap in communication and attentiveness from the healthcare providers. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and care, and enhancing interpersonal skills among staff could significantly improve the patient experience. I believe that patient feedback plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of care in any healthcare setting. I hope my comments will be taken seriously and lead to meaningful changes that benefit both patients and staff. Some picture of water they put it on the table for patient to drink, mold on the top Thank you for your attention to these matters.

A nurse walking through the hall on a video call is a clear breach of ethics and HIPAA laws. Chair therapy is not a type of physical therapy and no one should be just sitting in a chair for long periods of time and then told it’s therapy. Now with this said there is a nurse who was outstanding and I’m glad that there are kind and decent people there. She was quick to find answers for my loved one kind and empathetic and did it all with a smile. I don’t know what her position is but she deserves a raise.. meanwhile..those breaking HIPPA laws😳 and ethic regulations 😳

This place was a dump left my brother in urine and poop .let him fall because he didn’t have enough assistance going to bathroom ,his clothes were stolen and never returned . Didn’t bother getting him medical attention after he fell either . He literally stayed 1 day and I immediately got him out . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone this was last year but I still wouldn’t ever use them again

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a great place to have your loved ones die and on top of that have their wedding bands and jewelery go missing. Not only is my husband dealing with the death of his mom he can’t even get her rings she loved so much because they were magically missing. Be cautious using this place.

First time visiting my relative in this facility. My experience today was good. I do have alot of questions, that the staff are working on for us. Overall, the staff seemed helpful, nice and attentive. I’ll update my review as needed. My relative voiced some concerns today about her direct care, so we will be following up with all of her care team members as needed.

Very low on staff and the RNs don NOT help the CNAS at all ! They sit playing on their phones while the nurse techs have 16+ residents . Some residents say they haven’t been changed in weeks. It’s not a team effort to help the people in this home. They do the bare minimum to keep these folks alive !!!

Very nasty and they don’t take care of your elderly family, My aunt sit in soiled clothing, fell out of the bed more than once they don’t wash their hair and she was there for over 2 1/2 weeks before the dressed her legs which was pouring fluid out. I posted one picture of her leg that was severely swollen seeping fluid l.
